How do I choose the right size wetsuit or life vest?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and height accurately. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a performance fit.
What is your shipping policy for oversized items like paddleboards?
Oversized items are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, and you will receive a tracking number to coordinate the delivery window with the courier.
Can I return gear if it has been used in the water?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Once an item has been submerged in salt or chlorine, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance watersports equipment?
Yes, all our hardwareâincluding boards, foils, and finsâcomes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects. This does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
How should I maintain my gear to ensure it lasts?
Always rinse your equipment with fresh water after every session, especially after use in saltwater. Avoid leaving inflatable boards or neoprene suits in direct sunlight for extended periods, as UV rays can degrade the materials.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Poseidon Watersports ships to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
